We have been notified by Enfield Council trading Standards officer that there is a bogus British gas man stating to residents he is there to check out the premises for a new boiler. He had an id card with a phone number that does not exist.
On 28 September at 9am, he claimed to have been sent by the Landlord, he arrived in a personal car but parked it around the corner. He wore a British Gas uniform but the Landlord did not send him.
