Tottenham Futures (11 to 16, Haringey or nearby borough, Youth Offer)

Summary: Do you work with 11- to 16-year-olds? Want them to gain practical life skills and have something to do after-school hours/ holidays? Then join the Tottenham Futures network, a free upskilling programme delivered across youth organisations in Haringey and Enfield for 11-to-16-year-olds. Tottenham Futures mixes practical workshops around key life topics, 1-2-1 mentoring and reward trips to help equip young people with new skills and fun experiences. The programme is delivered over 6-weeks, once a week, and can be delivered in your venue or in our Tottenham office.   

Next cohort/event: Ongoing until July 2025 – can be referred to Tottenham Foundation as a group or 1-2-1 referral.

Level Up Network (16 to 24, Haringey or nearby borough)

Summary: If you could do any career in the world, what would it be? The Level Up Network is a mentoring programme for young people age 16 to 24, from Haringey and Enfield designed to help you explore, identify and take your first steps into your dream careers. We will help you to build a successful mindset, a set of goals and a plan to help you achieve those through exposure to group and 1-2-1 sessions with professionals and opportunities from the biggest brands in the world including Tottenham Hotspurs, Hewlett Packard, Socios, Constellation and more.

Training Grounds (18 to 24, NEET Participants, Haringey or nearby borough)

Summary: Are you currently 18 to 24? From Haringey or Enfield? Need help getting into work? Come join Training Grounds, a 6-week employment programme with Tottenham Hotspur Foundation to help boost your employment chances. You will get involved in group and 1-2-1 sessions with qualified employment advisors and football coaches to develop your employability skills and give you the best chance to enter your next job and have a space to have a kick about to support your wellbeing. You will also have opportunities to complete work experience with Tottenham Hotspurs and partners.

Project Search (18 to 24, SEND Participants, Haringey or Enfield)

Summary: Are you aged 18 to 24? Do you have an active Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP)? Want to gain work experience with a leading employer and boost your work chances? Join the Project Search North Mid Hospital programme where you will embark on a 10-month supported internship journey within a leading hospital (North Mid Hospital) that will help you explore a variety of departments/jobs and grow your employability skills with on-the-job experience, group workshops and 1-2-1 employment support with qualified work coaches.

Next cohort/event: Our 5th Cohort is launching in September 2024 and we are currently have a few spaces left – enrolling in August 2024.

Start Something (18 to 30, Haringey or nearby borough)

Summary: Ever thought about starting your business? Have you been running a side-hustle you want to scale up? We’re looking for aspiring entrepreneurs, age 18 to 30, from Haringey and nearby boroughs who have an early-stage business idea and want to learn how to start and grow it. On this 8-week programme, you will have the opportunity to learn from experts on the foundations of starting a business in group and 1-2-1 sessions and have a chance to pitch for up to £1,000 for your business.

  • Once a participant has been enrolled onto any of our programmes, they will also be added onto the first dibs lists for our work experience/ placements/ apprenticeship programmes within Hospitality, Retail, Foundation, Training Centre, Football Club and our Level 1 Coaching Qualification. These are subject to attendance/ attitude of participants and will be invited on as each opportunity kicks off.
